Regular Session | $150 | 50 Minutes

Direct therapeutic services with individuals to address feelings or discontent and feeling trapped. Build therapeutic relationship so vulnerability and openness is natural. Utilize different modalities to work on core issues that need to be resolved or regulated in order to move forward in a healthy manner.

Family Therapy

Family Sessions (In Person and Self-Pay Only)

Each Session | $250 | 90 Minutes

There are times when family sessions are necessary or beneficial to discuss growth, changes, or hardships. Develop trusting relationship and environment so vulnerability is a natural and safe next step toward authenticity and healing. A time when the client can discuss needs, hardships, and issues that need a third person in the room or mediator to help facilitate active listening for all participants.
